Terms and Conditions

Terms governing responsible use of the AI Search Helper free online audit and its automated recommendations.

Effective July 10, 2026. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and only for public websites you own, manage, or are authorized to assess.

Permitted use

You may use the tool for legitimate website analysis. You may not use it to probe private systems, bypass access controls, overload services, submit malicious addresses, interfere with availability, or violate another party’s rights or terms.

Automated output

Reports are generated from limited public signals and may be incomplete, stale, or inaccurate. Scores are comparative planning aids, not guarantees of indexing, ranking, citation, traffic, revenue, or recommendation by Google, OpenAI, Microsoft, Anthropic, Perplexity, or any other party.

Availability and intellectual property

The service may change or stop without notice. You retain rights in your website content. The application interface, original explanatory content, and report structure remain subject to the operator’s applicable rights and licenses.

Liability and mandatory rights

The service is provided as available to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, warranties, or liabilities that cannot legally be limited. Rules concerning governing law, jurisdiction, consumer protection, and dispute resolution may depend on the user’s location and the circumstances of use.

Eligibility and authority to submit a website

You must be legally capable of accepting these terms and must use AI Search Helper only for lawful purposes. By submitting a URL, you confirm that the address is public and that you own, manage, or have appropriate authority to assess it, or that your use is otherwise permitted by applicable law and the website’s terms. Do not use the service to circumvent authentication, access a private network, discover confidential resources, or test systems without authorization.

Free service and reasonable usage limits

The core audit is offered without an account or payment. To maintain availability and reduce abuse, requests may be subject to page limits, file-size limits, timeouts, hostname restrictions, rate limits, and temporary blocking. We may change these controls, refuse a request, or suspend access when activity creates operational risk, appears automated at excessive volume, targets prohibited resources, or interferes with other users. Permission to use the interface does not grant permission to scrape or reproduce the service itself at scale.

Your responsibilities for report implementation

You are responsible for reviewing every recommendation before changing a live website. Suggested questions, pages, prompts, schema types, and trust signals are generated from limited public evidence and may not fit your business or jurisdiction. Verify facts, claims, source rights, structured data eligibility, accessibility, security, and legal requirements with appropriate specialists. Back up production systems and test material technical changes. You remain responsible for content you publish and for the consequences of relying on automated output.

Prohibited conduct

You may not submit malicious payloads; probe localhost, private infrastructure, cloud metadata, or custom network services; evade rate limits; overload the API; interfere with security controls; reverse engineer restricted components; distribute malware; misrepresent a report as a platform endorsement; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; or use the service for unlawful surveillance, fraud, harassment, or competitive sabotage. Attempts to bypass safe-crawling controls may be logged and blocked.

Intellectual property and submitted content

Website owners retain rights in their public content, and submitting a URL does not transfer ownership to AI Search Helper. You grant only the limited permission reasonably necessary for the service to request, temporarily process, analyze, and return public information for the audit you initiated. The original interface, explanatory content, audit organization, branding, and source code remain protected by applicable rights and licenses. Third-party product names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Third-party services and external links

The site may mention or link to independent search engines, AI products, hosting providers, standards, source material, and audited websites. We do not control their availability, content, indexing, privacy practices, terms, or decisions. A link or product reference is provided for context and does not imply endorsement, partnership, or responsibility. Review third-party terms before using their services or relying on their information.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, complete crawling, error-free analysis, platform inclusion, ranking improvements, citations, traffic, revenue, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Search Helper will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Changes, termination, and contact

We may update the service or these terms to reflect operational, security, legal, or product changes. A revised effective date will identify material updates. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply where legally permitted. We may discontinue all or part of the service without guaranteeing long-term availability. Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@aisearchhelper.online. Users should obtain local legal advice if governing-law, consumer, or dispute provisions are required for a particular commercial deployment.
