Privacy Policy

Read how AI Search Helper processes submitted URLs and public website data without user accounts or a report database.

Effective July 10, 2026. This privacy policy explains how AI Search Helper processes submitted website addresses, public page information, technical request data, and messages sent to contact@aisearchhelper.online.

Information processed

When you request an audit, the server processes the website and optional competitor URLs you submit, DNS information needed for safety checks, public robots and sitemap files, and public page content required to prepare the report. The app does not ask for a name, account, or payment information.

Purpose and retention

Submitted data is used to validate, crawl, analyze, and return the requested report. This project does not include a database and does not persist reports. Infrastructure providers may temporarily process request metadata, IP addresses, security events, and logs for reliable operation.

Sharing, choices, and security

The app sends requests only to the sites selected for audit and does not sell personal information. Do not submit private, authenticated, or confidential URLs. Reasonable technical controls reduce risk, but internet transmission and automated crawling cannot be guaranteed error-free.

Contact and changes

Privacy questions and requests can be sent to contact@aisearchhelper.online. We may revise this notice when the service, hosting configuration, or applicable requirements change. Material revisions will receive a new effective date and a clear explanation on this page.

Scope of this privacy notice

This privacy policy applies to visitors who browse aisearchhelper.online, run a public website audit, or contact AI Search Helper. It explains the categories of information processed, why processing occurs, the parties that may handle information, general retention practices, security measures, and available choices. It does not govern the privacy practices of a website submitted for analysis, an external email provider, a hosting provider acting under its own terms, or third-party websites reached through outbound links.

Information you provide directly

The service may process a website URL, up to three optional competitor URLs, and the contents of a message you choose to email through the contact form. A contact message may include your name, email address, subject, and message. Please provide only information needed for the request. Do not submit passwords, authentication tokens, private intranet addresses, confidential client material, financial information, health information, government identifiers, or information about another person without appropriate authority.

Public website information processed during an audit

To generate a report, the server requests publicly accessible resources associated with the submitted hostname. These may include robots.txt, sitemap.xml, llms.txt, page titles, descriptions, headings, visible text, canonical references, robots directives, links, image metadata, status codes, and JSON-LD structured data. The audit is limited to a controlled page sample and does not intentionally access authenticated content. Public page information is analyzed to produce the report returned to the requesting browser.

Technical and operational information

Hosting and security infrastructure may process IP addresses, request times, user-agent information, error events, rate-limit counters, and similar diagnostic data needed to deliver the service, prevent abuse, and investigate failures. This application does not include advertising trackers, user accounts, payment collection, or a report database. The exact infrastructure logs and retention periods depend on the deployed hosting provider, which should be reviewed whenever the production configuration changes.

Purposes and lawful grounds

Information is processed to provide the requested audit, secure the service, prevent misuse, respond to messages, maintain reliability, and meet applicable legal obligations. Depending on the visitor’s location and the circumstances, processing may be based on performing a requested service, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the website, consent for an optional communication, or compliance with law. Where consent is the applicable basis, it may generally be withdrawn for future processing by contacting us.

Retention and data minimization

AI Search Helper is designed without a database for user accounts or saved audit reports. Audit results are generated for the active request rather than stored as a searchable history. Temporary caches, function logs, rate-limit data, backups, and security records may persist for limited operational periods determined by the hosting environment. Contact emails may be retained while a request is handled and afterward when reasonably necessary for follow-up, security documentation, dispute prevention, or legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed should be deleted or de-identified where practical.

Service providers, transfers, and disclosures

Infrastructure, DNS, content delivery, security, and email providers may process limited information on our behalf or under their own terms. Requests are also sent to the public websites that a user chooses to audit, which will receive the crawler request and associated technical metadata. Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or complete a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information or use contact details for third-party advertising.

Cookies and local storage

The current application does not require an advertising cookie, analytics cookie, account session, or saved report cookie to provide the core audit. The hosting platform may use essential security or load-balancing technologies, and future optional features could change the categories used. If non-essential cookies or similar storage are introduced, this notice and any required consent interface should be updated before deployment. Browser controls can restrict cookies, although blocking essential storage may affect some website functions.

Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an explanation of personal information processing, and to object or withdraw consent in certain situations. These rights are not absolute and may require identity verification. Send a clear request to contact@aisearchhelper.online. We will assess it under the law that applies to the request and may retain limited information when required for security, legal compliance, or the establishment and defense of claims.

Children, security, and policy updates

AI Search Helper is intended for website owners and professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly request personal information from children through an account system. Reasonable safeguards include restricted URL validation, private-network blocking, crawl and response limits, security headers, and minimal persistence; however, no internet service is completely secure. If you believe information has been handled improperly, contact us promptly. The effective date will be updated when material privacy practices change.
